Hello friends,
While the plants in the North are now asleep under a few inches of snow – it’s one of my favorite times of year to keep learning about plants! I love catching up on new books and zines and maybe snuggling in to a good podcast or two.
Two years ago, a class I taught at the Great Lakes Herb Faire was recorded and I made the audio available online.
It’s 1.5 hours and covers insights and directions for using locally abundant menstruums for herbal medicine making. Includes experienced based techniques for drying herbs as well as using honey, vinegar and animal fats for preservation.
