Jess Katherine (she/they) is an herbal educator living on the occupied lands of the the Sauk & Meswaki, Ho-Chunk and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ in SW Wisconsin.

Their herbal practice is grounded in nourishment, utilizing locally abundant backyard plants and kitchen medicine. Their ancestral roots of Eastern and Northern Europe provide inspiration and inform the creation of their herbal remedies.

Jess has taught herbal classes throughout the upper Midwest and online. Favorite topics are kitchen medicine, working with locally produced menstruums, herbal soup & broth and herbs for family health.

Jess is also a therapeutic mentor and full spectrum doula in practice for almost 20 years. Other pursuits include movement, knitting, and community building.
